I had an afternoon of eggcitement at Hallgate Egg Farm on behalf of the Pavilion Tearoom at Stansted Park in West Sussex near Emsworth. As part of a wider commission for the Pavilion, my task has been to create a series of images to highlight the fantastic produce they offer while promoting the ‘local’ suppliers.
